These courses can be taken more than once, as they are designed differently depending on the conditions.

Since the behaviour of off-piste snow is a safety feature in these courses, we recommend it primarily for youths and adults.

The meeting place is at our school. Before we go into deep snow, your skills will be assessed and you will be taught several techniques which will strengthen and expand your operational methods.

Messmer course equipment:
Your snowboard equipment should be compatible with deep snow. In addition, you need a avalanche transceiver (LVS), probe and shovel. This equipment should be with you at all times when you venture off-piste and you will learn how to use it in the Messmer course. If you do not have any off-piste equipment, you can rent it from us.

Recommended Protective Equipment: A freeride helmet and back protector. We are happy to advise you individually, because the right size choice is crucial for effective protection!

Die zwei Wochen mit Tim waren sehr cool, ich konnte vor allem meine 180° und 360° verbessern und mein neues Board austesten. Ich konnte mich überall verbessern und habe viel gelernt. Danke Tim. LG Nathalie.

Tim ist ein toller Lehrer, er weiß wann und was zu machen war, und es hat immer Spaß gemacht mit ihm. Ich würde jeder Zeit gerne wieder ein Kurs bei ihm besuchen.
