With small groups to big success!

The size of the group plays an important role in the lessons. The smaller the group, the better our trained teachers can convey movements and observe and improve each one where necessary. This makes teaching more efficient and more personal. This guarantees greater learning success.
That’s why our groups consist of max. 8 participants. In the beginner courses, there are only 7 participants.
